Fried Rice - Mouth Watering Taste -
Have you ever tasted" Fried Rice" like this ?
INGREDIENTS - Needed for it.
3 Tablespoon of  Sesame Oil.
3 Eggs
Salt as per Taste Required
2 Carrots ( Diced)
3 Onions ( Fine Sliced)
3 Pieces of Razed Garlic Minced
1 Tablespoon of peeled and chopped ginger
4 cups of Basmati Rice.
4 cups of Canned Peas.
3 Tablespoon of  Soy Sauce as per Color and Taste.
METHOD OF PREPPING FRIED RICE :
1. Just put a shallow deep pan on the Gas Stove about 2 minutes until it is heated completely. After that  pour 1 tablespoonful of oil. ( Vegetable Oil or Sesame Oil)
2. Break egg and put in a sanitised bowl along with 2 teaspoons water and a pinch of salt altogether and add to pan. Cook by stirring to form large soft curds. Then transfer in a container or plate.
3. Return pan to high heat and add 2 tablespoons oil, the carrots, and whites of the green onions. Cook until it is lightly golden. Duly after that add garlic & ginger and cook by gently stirring until you feel the good smell. Coution - Don't burn it.
4. Mix up peas, eggs in the Pan.  Pour in soy sauce and cook by stirring until heated through, 1 minute. Seasonings with salt and pepper and stir in the remaining green onions. Afterll just mix up Basmati rice and gently stir until it mixes the seasonings up into the rice then let it to be placed in the plate to serve.
