LAMB KEBAB - Strange Taste - Main Course.

LAMB KEBAB : Ever Tasted Recipe.
Chunks of mutton are  marinated & grilled in charcoal or either less deep fried and served in the hot  platter. Sometimes if mutton is minced then it would be Sheek Kebab which might be all time favorite of all foodies. Lamb kebabs are delicious, zest, tender ones foods those are most popular throughout world.
Ingredients
Lemonade - 10 ml.
450 grams of  lamb minced
1 tablespoonful of oil
55grams of  fresh coriander leaves. Crushed or Chopped.
4 pieces of cloves.
4 green chillies seedless chopped.
½ teaspoonful of coriander powder
1 teaspoonful of cumin powder
½ teaspoonful of black pepper
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ teaspoonful of  garam masala
2 teaspoonful of julienne cut ginger
1 teaspoonful of salts per taste
✓ Step of 1 by 1 Recipe.
1. Mix up properly 2  teaspoonsfull of lemonade and the minced lamb in a sanitizer container.
2. Blend the oil, garlic, ginger, chillies, crushed pepper, cumin, coriander powder, lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt in a food processor to make a complete paste, it must be quite thick.
3. Stir the paste and coriander into the mince. With wet hands skewer the meat into long sausage shapes. Rotate the meat around the skewer by  pressing gently all round to make it in the proper shape.
4. Brush each kebab with a little oil and grill under a medium heat or barbecue for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked accordingly. Your recipe is ready to consume.
