WHY NASA DOES NOT WANT TO GET BACK TO MOON AGAIN?

Neil Alden Armstrong who was born in August 5, 1930, in Ohio, United States, was an American astronaut also aeronautical engineer studied about engineering and later on stepped on the Moon who was the first stepper of the lunar space. He was also a naval aviator, test pilot, and university professor. He started landing on the Moon in July 24, 1969. He was good intelligent enough. He died in August 25, 2012, Cincinnati, Ohio, United States.
Third:
The person who stepped on the Moon was Edwin “Buzz” Aldrin in the second time. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin were the first to humans stepped foot on another world - a historic event which took place on July 21, 1969. Aldrin followed Armstrong by about 9 minutes down the steps and onto the Lunar surface.
Why NASA does not want to return again to MOON?
When the Apollo astronauts walked on the moon, the dust clung to their spacesuits, scratched their visors and made their eyes water and their throats sore. It damaged the seals on the boxes of rock and soil that they brought back to Earth. It even smelled like gunpowder inside the lander. Lunar dust, which is composed of shards of silica, is fine like a powder but it cuts like glass.
