Ncell is closing, why and how?
Surprised, this? It is true that Ncell now is in loss, how did it happen? ?

Before becoming Ncell, It was a Mero mobile company and that company did not pay taxes to the government of Nepal. After Ncell London bought it, it cheated the tax and piled it on the Nepali Ncell (Axiata) company. The Court of Arbitration issued a notice saying that Ncell should pay 58 billion to government of Nepal as a tax. Ncell was sunk by two old companies. The number of phone users in Nepal is decreasing day by day due to the lack of enough employments. They all are rushing to abroad to settle them down financially. It is certain that Ncell will be closed because not even 2% of the revenue paid to the government from their incomes. Maybe if Ncell sells its company to someone, it will start again. If not, it closes. Another measure is that if the government waives 50% of the tax, it can work again.

न्सेल हुन भन्दा पहिला मेरो मोबाईल कम्पनी थियो र त्यो कम्पनी ले नेपाल को ट्याक्स सरकार लाई तिरेको थिएन पछी न्सेल लण्डन लेकिन्यो तेस्ले नि ट्याक्स छली गर्दै ऐले को नेपाली न्सेल कम्पनी लाई थुपार्दयो । ऐले न्सेल लाई ५८ अर्ब तिर्नु पर्ने भन्दै बिज्ञप्ती जारीगर्यो र्बोच्छ अदालत ले । न्सेल लाई पुरानो दुइ कम्पनी ले डुबायो । ऐले नेपाल मा फोन चलाउने को सङ्ख्या दिनहु घाटदै छ । न्युकम्पनी न्सेल बाट जती कमाइ भयो एत्रो साल राजस्व को २ % पनि चुक्ता नभएको कारण न्सेल बन्द हुने निस्चित भएको छ । सायदन्सेल ले आफ्नो कम्पनी कसैलाई बिक्री गरे फेरी सुचारु होला । नभए बन्द हुन्छ । अर्को पनि उपाए छ कि सरकारले ५० % ट्याक्समिनाह गरे फेरी नि चल्न सक्छ ।
